Full-service, a-la-carte, flat fee, sliding…I’ve got them all and am happy to negotiate. Granted, most clients choose my full-service offering….it’s hard to turn down! But even that option is negotiable if you buy through me or refer someone.

I’ll conduct a thorough home evaluation and current market analysis to give you a low and high-end valuation. I’ll also give you some frank advice. Should you buy or sell first? Home Improvement Consult
Properly preparing your home for sale can add thousands to your sale price. I’ll detail where improvements can be made to increase the value and appeal of your home. I’ll also let you know where not to waste your time and money.
I provide a pre-listing home inspection by a licensed and respected company for two reasons. Firstly, for due-diligence to protect you against potential future litigation. Secondly, they encourage buyers to come to the table with firm offers.
Offers conditional on reviewing the status certificate can be 3 weeks long. I order all condo status certificates prior to listing to encourage a firm offer. It allows us to review unit details and protect you against future litigation.
No doubt I’ve recommended you de-clutter your home. This is the single most effective strategy to entice buyers. But where are you supposed to store all your
belongings? I’ll provide you with easy access storage right in the neighbourhood!
Handyman For A Day
I’ve also probably suggested a list of repairs to make. If being handy around the house is not one of your skill sets, we’ve got you covered. I’ll provide a complimentary handyman for a day to address some of those outstanding issues.
Spick & Span
All of your work de-cluttering and repairing may not have left your home in show and sell condition. Don’t worry! I’ll have it professionally cleaned before it hits the market. I’ll even have it cleaned again after you’ve moved out for the new homeowners!

Photos & Floor Plans
Professional quality only….because anything less is unacceptable. How your home looks on the internet is the single most important factor in generating buyer interest. This stuff is too important to not leave for the professionals.
